These companies also have built relationships with their installers over a period of years and do a much better job of executing within the timeframe specified, and at a much higher level. 

Larger “big box” stores outsource the estimation and installation to other companies, which diminishes their ability to give customers the individual attention they deserve. The carpet installation is crucial to how your new carpet will look and perform from day one. Only a legitimate carpet company, like P&Q Flooring, knows which of their crews is the best fit for your specific project. The vast majority of nationally advertised carpet dealers and Big Box stores do not participate in review based marketing for one reason. They just can’t compete!
